Since 2000, Ramon has taught bootcamps throughout New York City and Rockland County. This has been a great way for Ramon to help as many people as possible with his full schedule.
He is an accomplished physical fitness professional with two decades of experience in the sports and health industry. He received his Bachelors of Science in Physical Education/Physical Therapy from Manhattan College. He continued his studies at New York University and became a licensed Physical Therapy Clinician. Along the way, he was the Director of Aqua Therapy and Asst. Director of the Back Program/Work Hardening Program for the Healthsouth Rehabilitation Centers in Manhattan and Director of Sports Performance at Going Vertical in Nanuet, NY. Most recently, Ramon was the Director of Strength Conditioning at the West Rock Multi-Sports Complex in Bardonia, NY.
Ramon has trained individuals with various goals in mind. From post-rehabilatation to weight loss to getting ready for an event or competiton. He has trained clients from 10 year olds to 78 years young, from overweight kids to professional players and from the sedintary office worker to the multi-sport athlete.
